DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

All sales are final because CLUB 404 stans commitment. 

Orders may not be cancelled, altered or changed once placed. Please review all purchases carefully before submitting a payment. CLUB 404 is NOT responsible for packages that have incomplete, wrong or insufficient addresses provided to us by our customers. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been shipped. Please contact the USPS or UPS with issues directly. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

During peak seasons, please order early to allow time for processing and standard shipping. CLUB 404 loves you.

HOW CAN I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
CLUB 404 supports transparency. Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your item has shipped so you can track it’s journey to you.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
DOMESTIC ORDERS

Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. USPS or UPS are our shipping carriers within the United States. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and after payment has been confirmed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing and an additional 4-6 weeks for delivery. International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes, and other customs fees. We are not responsible for tariffs or customs fees. We ship to over 180 countries worldwide and we are working on making it a fully international club. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and after payment has been confirmed.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

CAN WE GET CLUB 404 INTERNATIONALLY?
Totally! CLUB 404 currently offers worldwide shipping to most countries. To find out if we ship to your location, please proceed to check out and enter your mailing information.

THE ITEM(S) I WANT ARE OUT OF STOCK, WILL THERE BE MORE SOON?
Unless we announce a restock, it’s likely gone for good. Think of our product releases as mini capsules! Each collection and/or collaboration has limited quantities, so we suggest following @club404notfound to stay current on our release dates!

HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
CLUB 404 is NOT responsible for packages that have incomplete, wrong or insufficient addresses provided to us by our customers.

You may contact us at customer-service@club-404.com with your order number and correct mailing address and we will do our best to rectify the issue so long as your order has not been processed yet.

I'M HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION FOR MY ONLINE ORDER.
We hate when this happens! Double check that the billing address on the credit card matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVV or security code, and be sure that the card is current (not expired) and valid. Still no luck? E-mail customer-service@club-404.com or contact your financial institution for further assistance.
