Orders may not be cancelled, altered or changed once placed. Please review all purchases carefully before submitting a payment. CLUB 404 is NOT responsible for packages that have incomplete, wrong or insufficient addresses provided to us by our customers.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been shipped. Please contact the USPS or UPS with issues directly. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. USPS or UPS are our shipping carriers within the United States. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and after payment has been confirmed.INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing and an additional 4-6 weeks for delivery. International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes, and other customs fees. We are not responsible for tariffs or customs fees. We ship to over 180 countries worldwide and we are working on making it a fully international club. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and after payment has been confirmed.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
- Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
